How the Service Hub Works
From submission to resolution in four easy steps.
Register with your name, email, and address. Your information helps RM staff respond to your request and contact you with updates.
Choose a category, describe your concern, provide the location, and attach photos if helpful. You'll receive a unique tracking number.
RM staff review your request, assign it to the appropriate department, and may reach out if additional information is needed.
Log in to track your request's status at any time. You'll see staff updates, comments, and know when your request is resolved.
